Payment

Full payment is taken at the time of your booking.

If you do not want to use our pre-payment page you are welcome to telephone us to secure any booking with a credit or debit card, and payment will be expected on your arrival.

We use Secure Trading for all our online credit card processing. SecureTrading are fully accredited as a Level 1 compliant provider - the highest level of compliance - under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

All costs quoted are inclusive of VAT.

All prices include continental breakfast.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your booking, 24 hours notice must be given before your check-in date. Failure to do so will result in one nights accommodation fee being charged.

Damages & Costs

Without exception, damages to the contents of the room or the shared facilities must be paid in full by the customer. In the event of any breakages or damage (before or after the customer vacates), The Malago B&B will provide the customer with a detailed breakdown of the issues and the repair costs. Any excess noise, causing nusiance to other guests will result in liabilities to regain costs in lost revenue.

Multiple Rooms and Group Booking

If you wish to book multiple rooms, please call 0117 9394 692 to arrange your stay. This way we can ensure all your required rooms are available.

Large group bookings should be made by telephone. Stag and Hen parties are required to pay an additional deposit when booking.

Check-in and Check-out Times

You can check-in to your room from 12.00 am onwards. You must check-out of your room by 11.30 am.

Guests will have their own key for entry during their stay.
